Turtle Bay is creating 35 new jobs in Lincoln - here’s how to get one!

Turtle Bay, Lincoln is getting ready to open its doors and they are on the hunt for a team of hospitality heroes to join the family. Turtle Bay Lincoln will create 35 jobs with roles available across front and back of house. Whether you’re a talented chef, bartender, or front of house hopeful, Turtle Bay wants to hear from you.  Anyone who thinks they could be a good fit is encouraged to sign up and find out more about the fantastic opportunities available.

To recruit for the new restaurant, Turtle Bay will be interviewing potential hospitality superstars in an audition event on 22nd August at The Hilton Hotel On Brayford Wharf North, Lincoln LN1 1YW.

Applicants will first be invited to take part in a short online assessment; if successful, they will then be invited to take part in the fun, interactive in-person recruitment day.

The candidates will then be invited to join Team Turtle Bay in a warm and welcoming environment, where they’ll get a taste of what it’s like to work for the Caribbean-inspired restaurant and bar. The auditions are the perfect opportunity for candidates to learn all about their potential future employer, whilst the Turtle Bay team will be able to get to know more about applicants’ personalities and experience, too.
