Look Out Lincoln… Turtle Bay is Coming

The popular chain is known for serving Caribbean-inspired soul food and tropical cocktails alongside laid-back reggae beats.

Located in the heart of Lincoln’s Cornhill Quarter by the waterside of river Witham, in the refurbished Lincoln Central Market, the restaurant and bar will be spread across two floors with its own dedicated first floor rum bar and roof terrace! On the ground floor, customers will find a beautifully designed restaurant, featuring Turtle Bay's trademark interior, with vibrant blue and orange colourways, and walls covered with a selection of bespoke island-inspired artwork and murals. The first floor will be a dedicated rum hideaway with its own outdoor terrace overlooking the Cornhill Quarter.

Serving delicious jerk and tropical cocktails, Turtle Bay is a unique restaurant bringing the eclectic flavours of Caribbean cuisine to Lincoln.

Whether you're feasting with friends or simply want to relax with a cocktail or two, Turtle Bay's unique blend of Caribbean spices, warming rums and sunshine on the rocks has got you sorted.

You can expect over 20 different types of rum and an extensive collection of cocktails available like the Reggae Rum Punch and Mai Tai Punch, as well as classic cocktails with a twist such as the Coconut Espresso Martini. Lincoln’s Turtle Bay will also be serving their famous 2-4-1 cocktail happy hour and bottomless brunch daily (a two-hour long cocktail and brunching experience with unlimited Caribbean-inspired cocktails, mocktails, Red Stripe, and prosecco!).
