DoubleTree by Hilton, Lincoln appoints new General Manager

DoubleTree by Hilton, Lincoln has appointed Parry Rathod as the new General Manager of the upscale hotel on Brayford Wharf. Parry brings over 20 years of experience to the hotel and has worked for the global hospitality company since 2005.

In his new role, Parry is responsible for overseeing the operation of all areas of the hotel including meetings and events, dining, sales and marketing, as well as working with the local community and business leaders to make Lincoln a world-class destination.

Prior to arriving in the UK, Parry’s hospitality experience was within luxury hotels in Mumbai, India. Starting his career at Hilton in 2005 at the Hilton Blackpool, Parry progressed from Food & Beverage Assistant to General Manager. From 2018 to 2021, Parry was Director of Operations at the iconic DoubleTree by Hilton Harrogate Majestic Hotel & Spa supporting the hotel during a multi-million-pound refurbishment, and the rebrand to DoubleTree by Hilton. Parry then led the newly opened Hampton by Hilton York, Piccadilly and Hampton by Hilton York, Toft Green as Area General Manager.
